Ingredients
- 4 ounces salted butter, room temperature
Options
Lemon-Chive
- 1⁄4 chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
Pimento
- 1⁄4 cup roasted red pepper, patted dry and chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
Honey-Mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard (use only dry mustard)
Cranberry-Walnut
- 1⁄3 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1⁄4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Sweet Ginger
- 4 tablespoons candied ginger, finely chopped
Sweet Berry
- 1⁄4 cup berry preserves (blueberry works well)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Pumpkin Pie
- 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin (pure pumpkin only not pie mix)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- In a food processor, blend room-temperature salted butter with any of the flavor combos listed under the above options.
- Serve immediately or chill till ready to use. Best served at room temperature.
