  1. Saute onions and garlic until tender, add spices and cook 1 minute more.
  2. Add tomato juice, chicken broth, brown sugar and ceder vinager, and cook 2 more minutes.
  3. Then add hamburger and mush it into the sauce. Cook (simmer) for 15 minutes.
  4. Build plates: spaghetti, meat sauce, onions, beans, and cheese.
  5. Serve.
