5 Minute Mexicorn Dip

This recipe is super simple, and addicting! 5 ingredients, 5 minutes and you're done.

Yields: 1 bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 (11 ounce) cans  Green Giant Mexicorn
  • 1  cup mayonnaise
  • 1  cup  Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (finely shredded)
  • 8  green onions, finely chopped
  • 1  teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Drain both cans of MexiCorn and pour into medium sized bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well with spoon or spatula.
  3. Can serve immediately with tortilla chips, or refrigerate for a couple of hours first for better flavor. Enjoy!
