5 Cheese Noodle Cassarole

Ingredients
- 1 (13 1/4ounce) box whole wheat rotini
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 8 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 8 ounces reduced-fat extra sharp cheddar cheese
- to taste salt & pepper
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 16 ounces nonfat cottage cheese
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces ham
- 10 ounces spinach
- crushed garlic-flavored croutons
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- In a 13" x 9" baking dish, mix together noodles and cottage cheese, set aside.
- In saucepan over medium heat, melt together soup, half & half, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and butter. Pour this mixture over noodle mixture and stir together.
- Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and croutons.
- Bake 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
