4 Layer Caramel Chocolate Oat Bars

Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1⁄4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup butter, melted
Topping
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips or 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
- 0.75 (16 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping
- 3 tablespoons flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine all crust ingredients, blending well and forming crumbs.
- Place 1/2 crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch square pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans.
- Pour caramel mix over top.
- Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Chill 1-2 hours, then cut into bars.
