2x4 Soup

My mother in law gave me this recipe it is very good!

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 1  lb ground beef
• 2  canned pinto beans, 15 oz (1 drained)
• 2  cans Rotel Tomatoes, 10 0z (1 drained)
• 1  bag  minestrone soup, 10 . 5 oz (better than canned)
• 1  lb Velveeta cheese

Directions

1. Cook ground beef and drain. Cook soup by recipe on bag then add the ground beef and all other ingredients until cheese is melted.
