2-Step Taco Dip

This is a Taco Bell recipe that I found in a kids Halloween magazine. They had dressed it up to look like a cat's face using green peppers for the ears, pitted ripe olives for the eyes, small halved tomato slices for the nose and fresh chives for the whiskers

• Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

• 16  ounces sour cream
• 1 1⁄4 ounces  taco seasoning
• 1  cup lettuce
• 1  cup tomatoes, chopped
• 1  cup  mexican shredded cheese

Directions

1. Mix sour cream and taco seasoning until well blended. Spread on the bottom of a 9" pie plate or quiche dish.
2. Layer remaining ingredients over sour cream mixture. Garnish as desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
