15 Minute Toffee Bars

Yields: 36 bars
Ingredients
- 15 whole graham crackers
- 3⁄4 cup butter
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup sliced almonds
Directions
- Arrange crackers on a cookie sheet.
- Boil sugar and butter 3 minute.
- Add almond extract.
- Pour over graham crackers.
- Bake at 350 for 10 minute.
- Top with chocolate chips, spread when melted.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds.
- Cut into desired sized pieces while still warm (I usually cut them into quarters). Serve after cool and chocolate hardens.
