Ingredients

  • 1  lb  pork tenderloin, cut into slices
  • 1  cup  sliced carrot
  • 14 cup  kraft signature asian  sesame dressing
  • 13 cup  kraft barbecue sauce
  • 1  cup snow peas
  • 14 cup peanuts, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add pork and carrots; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally,.
  2. Stir in dressing and Barbecue sauce; stir-fry 5 minutes in medium heat or until carrots are crisp-tender. Add snow peas; cook 2 minutes. Top with peanuts.
