15 Minute Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken or 1 cup ham
- 1⁄4 cup kraft mayo mayonnaise
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
Directions
- MIX water, bouillon cubes and curry powder in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
- STIR in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Cool.
- ADD chicken, mayo and red pepper; mix lightly.
