15 Minute Beef Stew

Serves: 2-4

Ingredients

  • 1  tablespoon  oil
  • 1  lb  boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 (2 1/2ounce) envelope  Lipton beefy mushroom soup mix
  • 1  cup water
  • 2  tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 (14 1/2ounce) can new potatoes, drained and cut into chunks
  • 1 (10 ounce) package  peas and carrots, frozen and thawed

Directions

  1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown steak.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until steak is tender.
