Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 1⁄4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1⁄4 cups white whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon oat bran
- 4 teaspoons vital wheat gluten
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons yeast
Directions
- Place beaten egg, water, sugar and oil in bread machine. Add flours, oat bran, wheat germ, vital wheat gluten, and salt. Add yeast last. Use whole wheat setting.
