100% Whole Wheat Bread (Abm)

Ingredients
- 1 5⁄8 cups water
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 2⁄3 cups whole wheat flour (I used whole grain spelt)
- 3 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions
- Add the ingredients in the order shown above making sure the water is slightly warmed and that the yeast doesn't touch it. Make a well in the top of the flour and add the yeast in there, that will help.
- Cook on the whole wheat setting.
- This is a 2 pound loaf.
- I used a medium crust.
- Press start and away you go.
