  1. Whisk together egg, milk, a pinch of salt, and a few grinds of pepper.
  2. Spray a 4-oz. ramekin with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture into ramekin, microwave on high until done; about 1 minute 30 seconds.
  3. Split one English muffin and toast both sides. Add cooked egg to one side of the English muffin and top with a slice of cheese.
  4. Top with other desired ingredients. Top with other half of English muffin. Serve.
