#1 Hot Wing Sauce

Yields: 1 Gallon
Ingredients
- 2 cups red wine
- 2 quarts Frank's red hot sauce
- 1 1⁄2 quarts barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
- 1⁄2 lb unsalted butter
Directions
- Bring wine to a boil.
- Add the BBQ Sauce and Franks Red Hot Sauce.
- Bring this mixture to a boil.
- Once it is at a rolling boil, take off heat, add tobasco, then add butter.
- It is easier to add butter in small amounts to help it melt.
- Let the butter melt completely and sauce cool down.
