1 Dish Baked Chicken & Rice!

Serves: 2-4
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 cups rice
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 2 freshly chopped carrots
- 5 cups water
Directions
- First pour in your 4 cups of rice into a baking pan.
- Second put your chicken breasts on top of the rice,.
- Next add your 5 cups of water over the rice.
- Lastly add your veggies and sprinkle with your preferred seasoning. Then bake in heated oven 375 for 45 minuets or till rice is done and chicken is no longer pink! (you may need to add more water or even stir the rice and veggies as they cook.).
