I have been living in Florida for 5 years, and currently I do not work. So I have a lot of time on my hands to experiment with food. My favorite recipe book is my mother. She is very savvy when it comes to food as well. I would have to say that my passion is cooking and making up new things to share with others. I try to keep it simple so if you work, you can still enjoy good food that is easy and non-time consuming. My biggest pet peeve is doing things over and over till I feel it is near perfect. Which is something I would have to say I got from my father.
