I like to play in the kitchen and my specialty seems to be Thai food, but I'll have a go at anything. I hate using recipes and prefer to experiment. Sometimes you win and sometimes you loose. My freinds say my best dishes are Thai curries, salads and garlicchilli prawns. Also big thick steaks done on the BBQ. My favourite cookbook is my grandmothers aerophos flours cookbook which was made in the 50's, has lots of great old style recipies, particularly cakes.
