I like to cook, and I am pretty good at it when I follow a recipe. I've never made up a recipe on my own. I need to know what to do and how long to do it. (That is why sites like these are much frequented!) I lost 65 pounds on Weight Watchers about 3 years ago and have kept it all off. I still basically follow the plan, so I'm always on the look out for tasty, healthy, high fiber, low fat meals. :)
