I got married in July 08 and I am learning how to cook regular meals for our family. I want to eat healthy, but mu husband's three food groups are meat, gravy, potatoes(preferably fried). YIKES!! His dad is the same, maybe worse. His mom figured out how to cook meals with the option of leaving out the unhealthy parts for her, not wasting food her husband won't eat, while saving the time of not cooking two meals. That is my goal. Well, my dream is that my husband will start eating healthy, but for now I need to improvise! Plus, we are working hard building a business, so I need recipes that are quick and easy.
