I'm a main course cook at heart. Chicken and Pork are my favorite meats not to mention the dreaded 1 1/2" Porterhouse Steak over a bed of red hot coals. I cook a combination ground beef, pork and deer chili that can be made for the meek and mild or the wild and wicked. As I grow older I find myself some where between. Like so many others,I am quick to change a recipe. I look at it closely, if I don't see what I like, I will subsitute what I,ve seen in simular recipes and make a new one from the many.
