I am an RN and a complimentary therapist. I went to CIA for a brief stint, but left because it was "too corporate" for me. I am a vegetarian transitioning to vegan. I love to cook and I love to eat! Right now I am really learing how to make FANTASTIC vegan food. So far, it's been awesome! I love making decadent desserts and sumptuous meals for people and have them say "I can't beleive this is vegan!" I hate when people think of vegetarian and vegan food as cardboard, gravel and sawdust. I've been having fun blowing these misconceptions away.
