Have 12 grandchildren and I do daycare for 6 of them 2-3 days a week so I do a lot of cooking. My cooking is pretty basic and can be challenging as 1 of my grandchildren is diabetic and I am gluten intolerant. I have learned to adjust recipes to be GF and also learned to count carbs for the the grandchild. I love to cook and at one time I won Grand Champion at our county fair for a GF angel food cake. I wish I could remember what recipe I used for it now though.
