I love to bake and I have a sweet little girl that loves to help me. Our challenge would be her egg and dairy (including goat's milk) allergies. Hopefully, she'll outgrow them -- but in the meantime -- we're altering and experimenting! Food allergies do not mean you have to start eating a super limited diet -- they just mean you have to do a little more research. :) We've done completely gluten and dairy/egg free Thanksgivings and there were no complaints (really!) It actually turns into a fun challenge after a while! There are so many great recipes and ideas out there -- you never know what you might discover...
