Cooking to me can be cheap therapy or something of a migraine. It all depends on the day. I enjoy cooking but I have some picky eaters at my house which complicates everything. Since I have those darn picky eaters, alot of times leftovers go to neighbors or family members. I love hearing from them their thoughts on the food I've made. It's AMAZING how good you feel when someone actually likes your cooking. (and I'm not a bad cook) We have the "no - thank you bite" in my house. You have to at least try it (w/an open mind) It works, sometimes. I love to try new recipes. I've tried to fit a new recipe in once a week but it doesn't always work out that way. But I'm not giving up!
