I am interested in recipes that avoid potatoes, rice, wheat, sugar, cheese, and/or are low glycemic. I tried Montignac and it worked for me, now to increase my repertoire. My favourite dish is eggplant fritters :) My pet food peeve is the additives in frozen chicken pieces here. I love Thai food and once cooked only Thai for 6 months in preparation for a big event. I have very little sense of humour but my family keep trying :(
