I've been interested in food since high school when my best friend and I started a catering company. She went on to the Culinary Institute of America and I went to business school, but I still love to cook. My kids will never be able to say I cooked the same 10 meals their whole life because I make at least 1 new recipe every week. They like most of what I cook, and my 11 year old daughter is really interested in helping me prepare the meals now. My husband grew up in the south eating "normal" food, when we met he didn't know what a burrito was! Now he LOVES Thai food, the spicier, the better!
