i'm 26, i have a husband, and three kids... three and under. i love cooking for them, but the couple years, i've realized: to appreciate good food, you need to not only make it, but also grow it. since starting our family on an organic, local diet, we not only feel better, but we also appreciate the abundance god has given us! i make almost everything from scratch, and i only buy my meat, dairy and produce from local friends in the community... sometimes it's tiring, but most of the time, i enjoy getting to know my neighbours and canning with my family. most of my reviews on recipes are simple changes to make a recipe more "home made" friendly.
