I love to cook, but I wouldn't say that I am a "natural born" cook. I'm always amazed at people who can throw ingredients together without a recipe and whatever they make always tastes like they knew what they were doing all along. I'm also always nervous when I cook for other people which I think is partly because I'm still in experiment mode. I don't have a strong collection of recipe favorites that I've perfected. That's why I'm here.
