Transplanted from the deep north to the toe of the boot, I've learned a lot about New Orleans-style cooking in three years! My fave cookbook--gosh, do I have to pick only one??? Nah, who's counting? I love Martha Stewart's Baking Book, La Bouche Creole I, Easy Basics for International Cooking, Hot Beignets and Warm Boudoirs (Chef John Folse), and there's a Michigan Cookbook that I love but can't remember the name. I love to paint in watercolors, Jesus, my fam. Pet peeves are a waste of time.
