I was put on a gluten-free diet at theh end of October, 2007. It has helped me tremendously, and I enjoy the challenge of cooking without traditional flours- I have always enjoyed baking more than "regular cooking", but am having to learn new ways of both. I really love the recipes and this site- I like to let people know when I love their recipes. I hope to be able to post some of my own soon.
