I manage a General Motors dealership parts department in Fort St John. We do about seven million dollars a year in sales. I have managed to get most of my staff into cooking as opposed to fast or convenience food. Living in Northern BC is a challenge for ingredients, but despite this, my wife and I like to try totally new foods. We try to plan a new dish or menu each weekend. I particularly enjoy improving on "Knock off" recipes, such as Dairy Queen Chilli! or "Broasted Chicken". This website is the best for complete recipes. So many others are unedited and omit basics like temperatures and times.
