I am an engineer by trade, but have a passion for cooking! I started cooking with my mom in the kitchen when I was young, and my love grew from there. I baked quite often when I was younger, and then started branching out to main courses...and now I love it all. I have a daring family who will try just about anything - which is very nice! One magazine I can't live without is Cuisine at Home. They have wonderful recipes, but prep time can be a bit much. I work full time so time is of the essance.
