Literacy consultant and WAHM mom of three. Grew up in the country, our family raising most of our own food due to allergies. So I got to know what real food tasted like early on. I scarcely know how to cook using prepackaged foods. I managed a gourmet market between college and grad school. Today, I get much of my food direct from farmers, and the things not raised locally from Trader Joe's. With three kids and a couple of bonus kids with busy schedules, I don't have too much time to think about what I'm going to make, but I still like to play with my food when I have the time! I author a menu mailer for excellent daily cooking. I have to think about longevity, so this menu mailer is my answer for that. I also just authored my first cookbook and have more in the works.
