I am a vegetarian who uses very little organic skim milk. I avoid eggs, cheese and dairy fats. I do not use processed food if I can help it. My focus is on organic fresh foods and whole grains. The more locally I can get them the better. I get plenty of protein from the plant foods that I enjoy. I love to take the cooking classes offered at Central Market and enjoy turning them into vegan style delights! I am an organic gardener, a Texas Master Gardener and am currently working on my Master Composting certification.
