I love to bake, especially choc chip based cookies & make tasty brushcetta & garlic bread. Most of the meals I like to cook are simple one-pot things like soups & stews served with some hearty bread & salad or raw veggies. Getting a mutli course meal ready all at the same time seems to be quite a challenge; something is usually ready while others are overcooked & underdone. Someday I would like to try canning fruits, jams, jellies & anitpasto, as well as cooking some classics like creme brulee & rack of lamb. Hot oil scares me so I have never deep fried anything,lol.
