I have just started going to Weight Watchers & I am looking for some healthy recipes to help in my struggle to loose 30 lbs.again. Ten years ago I lost 70 lbs. & they have gradually found me again. I'm 50 years old & need to make sure I stay healthy as I approach menopause. I love to cook & have so many recipes that I can't usually find the same recipe twice. I need to get organized!
