I'm a stay at home Mom with 3 children ( 19, 13, 9) and a great husband. I love, love to cook from scratch. I'm open to about any kind of food except canned spinach ( bad food experience) and parsnipes. I'm self taught so there has been many trials and errors (such as life). I live in Idaho (yes we have the best potatoes). We camp often in the summer months so I'm always on the lookout for great camp recipes.
