My father became a chef when he retired from the Army after 23 years of service. Needless to say I grew up in restaurants. I was busing tables at the age of 7 for the Sunday buffet at my father's restaurant. I have a passion for food and entertaining. I am married to the love of my life, a career soldier of 18 years. I have one awesome 16yr old son from my first marriage and two sweet stepdaughters ages 9 and 13. I work for a wine distributor and have been in the wine/liquor wholesaler business since 1994. I also enjoy catering on the side. I have been catering weddings, parties, and dinners since 1991. I am always searching for new recipes and enjoy cooking so much. Cooking really is therapeutic for me.
