I lost 30 pounds using the Weight Watchers Flex plan, and have maintained my weight for 2 years using the Core plan. I find the Core plan is very easy to follow, and so many of my favorite recipes can be easily modified to fit the program. My favorite cookbook (since I love my crockpot), is Fix It And Forget It Lightly. Many of the recipes are low points or can easily be made core with minor substitutions. I have a wonderful husband and five teenagers to feed, so I can't just pass off good enough food or diet food just because I'm trying to maintain my weight - it's got to be a crowd pleaser! I work out of my house and rely heavily on last night's left overs for lunches and snacks throughout the day.
