I live in Washington, DC with five other recent college graduates. I just love adapting new recipes for the crew to try out. I also have celiac disease which means I must maintain a gluten-free diet, free of wheat, barley, and oats. I am also a budding vegetarian. My favorite cookbook is a toss-up between Bette Hagman's "Gluten-Free Gourmet" (because it so easy!) and Mollie Katzen's "The Enchanted Broccoli Forest"
