An avid canner. I have put up 40 pints of salsa, 12 qts of tomatoes, 10 qts of peaches, 5 types of jam each about 5-6 pints each...except peach, made 15 of them!! And it's only mid August! I'll be picking plums in a few days and then the grapes will be ready and you know those tomatoes go till frost. I'm looking forward to first frost!!!
