I love to bake....I was once a little hesitant in baking with yeast..but feel more self confident with practice. Looking forward to baking brioche's after this weeks brioche baking seminar. I am an avid cookbook collector...mostly baking books. I have over 150 in my collection which is getting too big..and my children aren't interested in the books as they also have access to this wonderful technology and Recipe Zaar site. I just might donate them to the cooking school we have here.
