I am a stay at home mom and I love to try out new recipes on my friends and family. I try to be health conscience when I cook- but on the other hand, I am from the South so alot of my recipes are full of fat. My rule is to always serve something green with a meal. My two year old son absolutely loves vegetables! He is the only kid I know that you have to hide spaghetti behind green beans so he will eat it!
