I was born and raised it Oregon. I work long hours in administration. My husband will eat anything I fix for him, he was raised to eat everything on his plate. The true test for me is if my boys will eat it. I like to experiment with new recipes now that I have more time with the childred grown and gone. (Two of them live close by and come over often for leftovers). I want the food I prepare to be healthy, great tasting and quick to prepare. A month off, what is that??? I love my dogs and my many birds. All of whom appreciate my cooking. (Although I am not that great of a cook, they don't know any better). I also like mysteries, old Shirley Temple movies, sewing, crafts, and studing history.
