I live in Ohio and grew up a good little Amish girl. I love to cook and quilt but have precious little time for that. I work as a nursing assistant 48plus hours a week because I love my residents and I love knowing that I made a difference in someones life at the end of my work day. I am married for three years now to my best friend. We have little time together and we spend it doing what we call "kitchen its" where we turn off all of the lights, light candles, turn the stereo to low and maybe have a glass of wine and just talk. Of course we cook together also. What did he say when I was diagnosed with Celiac's? "Honey we were running out of new recipes to try anyway. So now we have a new challenge." I have two beautiful children and three awesome grandchildren from my first disastrous marriage. I JUST LOVE LIFE!
