I love to experiment with new recipes and often browse this site for new ideas. I rarely stick exactly to a new recipe, I like to fiddle a bit to match it to my tastes.... 90% of the time it turns out lovely anyway! I have been vegetarian (no meat, fish, gelatine, rennet etc) for 16 years but will cook meat for my family and boyfriend if I am happy about it's source.
