I've been cooking for almost 25 years and have tried a lot of different techniques and foods. I'm British, so there's always that influence popping thru at times, but I love food from around the world. I even have about 15 hens for eggs and honey bees for the honey and beeswax. When you grow and raise things yourself, you're in control of your food source and it's freshness.
