I recently graduated college summa cum laude with a BS in biology. At the moment I am working as QC at a gourmet dessert company. Cooking has been one of my passions since i was little tot, with my earliest memory involving a maple syrup marinade for pork chops.. and yes, they did taste good. I have retired my ghetto beatup hot plate and crockpot at college, and passed the reigns on to the schools new iron chef team, of which i was the two year champ. I have currently been making alot of middle eastern, greek, and traditional italian food because I love the flavor, and for some reason I have been baking tons of bread. I will probably never post a recipe on here because if I do invent a recipe I usually dont measure anything and even if i do i usually end up adding more or changing the recipe later.
