I lived in Maui for 13 years and Guam 2 years before that before moving to TN in 2008. Maui is where I found my love for food! With all the great tropical flavors and SUPER FRESH produce and seafood made it easy to eat great everyday. It was the OUTSTANDING restaurants in Hawaii (ie, Roy's, Sam Choy, Merimands, Hula Grill, oh the list could go forever) that sparked my interest in cooking.
